Payment Information:

• We take bank transfer payments only. For custom orders, we will discuss the price of each cake and then we will send you the payment link. an invoice which will be due two days after you made the order. If payment is not made we will not make your order.

Cancellation Information:

• We will be able to refund your order as long it is at least a week before your order is made. 
• If you cancel within the week of your order we cannot refund you but we  will allow you to use it as credit toward a future order you may place!
• Please understand we have limited spots so if you cancel late we may not be able to fill the spot we lost.

Availability Information:

• Please check our calendar on our order form for our updated availability. 
• We are closed every Tuesday unless the calendar says otherwise.

Delivery:

• Our goodies are delivered twice a day, from 5 pm- 8 pm. We will contact you within that time period for your delivery.
